The Hotel of My Dream
The Hotel of My Dream follows rising novelist Kayoko Nakajima, whose promising career is abruptly shaken when celebrated author Munenori Higashijujo publicly tears apart her award‑winning debut. Reeling from the criticism, Kayoko retreats to a secluded writers’ lodge to rebuild her confidence — only to discover that Munenori is staying in the room directly above hers.
With the help of a loyal colleague, Kayoko plots a mischievous revenge while fighting to reclaim her creative voice. What unfolds is a warm, witty comedy inspired by Asako Yuzuki’s semi‑autobiographical tale, celebrating one woman’s determination to thrive — and outsmart the men who underestimate her.
