This free event is part of a programme supported by the Brainwave Trust, in memory of Ewart Parkinson OBE. A pioneering engineer and Director of Environment and Planning for South Glamorgan County Council, Parkinson championed the pedestrianisation of Cardiff city centre and the development of Cardiff Bay. His legacy of fostering creativity and inclusivity continues through this initiative, designed to inspire and support the next generation of filmmaking talent in Wales.
